Wait list Registration

Completion of the Wait list Application does not guarantee placement.  Please refer to our current Enrolment Policy for further information.

Please note, to edit your wait list form on your mobile device, please download the document to your device and edit from there. For android, you will need to view the PDF in OneDrive.

In applying for a position on the wait list, you understand that if your child is offered a position at Blue Gum and you accept the position, but for whatever reason do not commence, you are required to give 2 full weeks notice, before commencement date, of your intention not to start. You are also aware, that if 2 weeks notice is not received, you are required to pay 2 weeks fees in lieu of notice, plus if applicable, debt recovery costs.

Your application will only remain current for a period of 3 (THREE) months. You will need to contact Blue Gum Early Learning & Child Care Centre by the end of each 3 month period, either by telephone on 9364 6517 or preferably by email admin@bluegumchildcare.com.au to show your continued interest.
