Please note, to edit your wait list form on your mobile device, please download the document to your device and edit from there. For android, you will need to view the PDF in OneDrive.

Your application will only remain current for a period of 3 (THREE) months. You will need to contact Blue Gum Early Learning & Child Care Centre by the end of each 3 month period, either by telephone on 9364 6517 or preferably by email admin@bluegumchildcare.com.au to show your continued interest.
